CallLink Premier provides a host of sophisticated feature rich functionality that will take care of virtually all of your call management requirements. No equipment to install, or maintenance costs to pay, as CallLink Premier is controlled online via a secure easy to use portal.

However fast your business grows, this call management package will keep pace with all your inbound call needs.

Why Upgrade?

  • Includes everything from our CallLink Premium package and:
  • Configurable menu structure with 10 different control options and up to 3 target numbers for a scalable advanced level Disaster Recovery (DR) solution.
  • Up to 30 different target numbers that can be configured to divert to UK landlines, UK mobiles or a combination of both.
  • “Interactive Voice Response (IVR)” menus with user definable audio options. You can record and upload as an .mp3 file or can be recorded over a telephone.
  • Up to 10 recordable announcements for “Call Whispers” and a further 10 recordable announcements for “Busy/No Answer”, which again can be easily recorded and uploaded as an .mp3 file or recorded via a telephone.
