Acuity Unified Communications Limited

Acuity CallLink Numbers, Geographic and Non-Geographic numbers that are more flexible than standard line numbers

Acuity’s CallLink Numbers are more flexible than a standard landline number and they come in many different forms and tariffs. Our CallLink Numbers service provides a complete range of national presence numbers including, 0800, 0333, 0300, 0845, 0844 and 0871 numbers.

We also offer a wide variety of 01/02 UK area code numbers to create an impression of local presence. These are ideal for focused marketing campaigns or as a market tester prior to expanding offices.

All Acuity CallLink Numbers have a call divert tariff, some include a revenue rebate, and are charged/rebated on a per second basis.

When choosing a number range, consideration should be given to caller profile. If your objective is to maximise enquiries, an 0800 number is probably the correct choice. Alternatively, if your callers are primarily UK businesses, choosing numbers from our low call cost 0844/0845 range may be a more appropriate selection.

There are no absolute rules around number choice, but the comparative overview of the different number categories shown below is intended to provide you with a useful insight into their characteristics ahead of making your selection. Alternatively, please contact one our friendly sales consultants who will happy to advise on the number type that best matches your business needs.
